Recommended portion for consumption during the day, necessary for achieving the product’s effect:

One serving of the product is 100 grams of powder (2 heaped scoops).

Consume 1-3 portions  daily between meals on non-workout days.

On training days, 1-2 servings between meals and 1 serving after training. Dissolve the product in about 300ml of water or milk and drink immediately after mixing. Dietary supplement can be not used as a substitute (replacement) of a varied diet. Do not exceed the recommended portion for consumption during the day !
