Description
Proper posture is extremely important when working out. The Biceps Isolator inSPORTline Bicipi allows you to maximize biceps and triceps muscle gains by locking your elbows in the perfect position. It helps eliminate any and all swinging so you can focus on a full contraction at the top of each repetition. The elbow rests are padded with soft EVA foam for comfort, preventing the metal frame from putting too much pressure on your elbows. The neck brace is 64 centimeters long. However, you can easily adjust its length using a buckle. Suitable for home as well as professional gyms, the Biceps Isolator inSPORTline Bicipi is perfect for those who want to maintain a proper posture when working out with dumbbells.
