Both resistance (weight) training and endurance exercise can decrease the body’s energy stores and lead to fluid and electrolyte loss. Isotec Endurance provides a “tri-carb” source that means 3 different characteristic carbohydrates.
The prepared carbohydrate-electrolyte drink contributes to the maintenance of endurance performance during prolonged endurance exercise and enhances the absorption of water during physical exercise. Vitamin C helps to maintain the normal function of the immune system during and after intense exercise. The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 200 mg (found in 1 serving of Isotec Endurance) in addition to the recommended daily intake of Vitamin C! Vitamin E contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative stress.*

Add 1/2 scoop (33 grams) of Isotec Endurance to 500 ml water daily. Use it during exercise to replenish carbohydrates, fluid and electrolytes (minerals). Isotec Endurance can also be utilized 30-60 minutes prior to activity to provide pre-workout carb- and fluid-loading, or post-workout to help restore muscle glycogen stores.
