Directions: Add 1 scoop of the product to a blender, shaker cup, or a glass filled with 180-240 mL (6-8 oz) of water, or your favorite beverage. Next, blend, shake or stir for about 15-30 seconds, or until the powder is dissolved. Use between major meals and before and after exercise.
