Suggested Use
For healthy adults, consume enough protein to meet your daily protein requirement with a combination of high protein foods and protein supplements throughout the day as a part of a balanced diet and exercise program.
Mix 1 rounded scoop with 6-12 fl. oz. of cold water. Vary the amount of water to achieve your desired consistency and taste. Whey DNA can be taken immediately before and/or after your workout. To increase your protein intake per serving and achieve a delicious milkshake taste, use skim or low fat milk instead of water.
Add 1 rounded scoop per 6 oz. of water
Shake: Add 1 rounded scoop of Whey DNA to your shaker bottle. Close and shake vigorously for 30 seconds.
Stir: Add 1 rounded scoop of Whey DNA to a large glass. Stir with a tea spoon for 20-30 seconds or until the powder is completely dissolved.
Blend: Add 1 rounded scoop of Whey DNA to a blender. Blend for 20-30 seconds. Add ice and blend for additional 30 seconds.

I tried this protein a month ago. I liked it so much.. Vanilla flavor is perfect. . I put it in my yogurt with berries.. Perfect combination.
